We´re the Ferchls and we rent our appartement to everyone who wants to
enjoy our beautiful surroundings and the fabulous skiing areas in the Stubai valley.
The appartement is suitable for 6-7 persons, with additional beds even up to 10 persons.
Our house is located next to the forest with a nice view to the glacier.
You can reach the skiresort in 15 minutes by car.
For beginners there is a exercise slope (with t-bar lift) just 1 km away!
The bus station is only a 5 minutes walk at the main road, there you
can also enter the cross-country-track, where you can explore the valley.
Neustift centre is a 6km drive away – there you find 2 big supermarkets
(M-preis and Billa), one smaller market is located in Milders,
which is 4 km down the road to Neustift.
Monday thru Saturday morning there is a
bread delivery service – we order for you.
